The Stavelot Carnival is unique, where you can experience the Blancs Moussis monks, famous symbols of Walloon folklore. The Blancs Moussis parade through the streets of the town, plastering the facades of houses with their ironic and mischievous posters, and in the afternoon they climb onto their float, shower the crowds with confetti and tease the spectators with their pig bladders.
