Dreiborner Nationalparkrunde

Schleiden-Dreiborn
The Eifel National Park has a lot to offer: In addition to the beech forests of the Kermeter and the wide expanses of water of the Urft and Rur lakes, the open landscape of the Dreiborn plateau is a unique natural experience. Especially in late spring, when the "Eifel gold" - the broom - is in bloom, nature shows its most beautiful side. The barrenness of the former military plateau is reminiscent of a prairie landscape. Garnished with the "cultural" highlights of the deserted Wollseifen site and Vogelsang Castle, this tour fascinates with its peculiar nature and fantastic views. The large nature reserve in the North Eifel is always worth a visit - this tour provides a very special insight into the only national park in North Rhine-Westphalia.
